Novatium is member of the Service Desk Institute (www.sdila.com), leader in Latin America in consulting, training and certification of ITIL, quality assurance and service desk best practices.

Novatium has a strategic partnership with the Service Desk Institute (SDI) by which we obtained the category of PGE (Enterprise Gold Partner), the only company in Argentina, allowing us to provide services audited and certified by the SDI.

All of the staff working for our customers are trained by SDI according to their specific function (Service Desk Analyst, Manager, Quality assurance manager, etc).
